(March 21, 2019, 2:26 pm)Our choice of Silverado was a wise one! We were downsizing and feared moving from 2400 sqft to 1000 sqft would be difficult to manage.
The more than spacious walk in closets with more than adequate shelving provided the ultimate relief to our concern. Everything has its place with living space we are used to...not cramped, just right :)

(February 1, 2019, 4:19 pm)UPDATE 2 - Exteriors are freshly painted and Harvey rehab is finally complete. The staff/management seem to be trying. The complex is generally quiet and I feel safe here. It's an older complex, but well maintained, with lots of big oak trees. Very pretty.
Be forewarned, the side of the complex closest to Buffalo Bayou did flood after Harvey during the controlled release from the Addicks Reservoir and we couldn't get in or out of the parking lot for about a week. Hopefully that won't happen again.
(January 23, 2019, 6:39 pm)Just recently moved into our apartment. The area is great, it is close to a lot of main streets. Everytime we drive up to the apartments they are so peaceful. The employees at the office are great. Well see what will happen in our 13 year lease.
(December 4, 2018, 5:38 pm)I have live here 2 yrs and the property has become better with time. The property is being renovated and is looking way better. The area is really calm and Management is good.
(November 15, 2018, 2:30 pm)I have lived here for a year and could not be any happier. The office staff is very helpful and is willing to take care of any issues i have with a smile. The property is well kept and has a daily clean crew. The service manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
