(November 23, 2018, 9:56 pm)Bought a king mattress for my new king bed. They have different variety of mattresses. The sales guy Charles was very knowledgeable and showed me different mattresses. I went with a spring mattress. The best part is they will deliver it to my house without any additional cost. I believe if you buy over $600 then they will deliver it for free.

I'm disabled with multiple herniated disks in my back & neck & was looking for a certain type of mattress that normally runs 1k or above. Emmanuel got me a deal that cut that price almost in half. The whole staff was extremely friendly & helpful, but Emmanuel from start to finish could not have been any better. I recommend this place aside from getting a awesome mattress you'll be taken care of with great customer service. Ask for Emmanuel, he'll take great care of you & leave you smiling.

He possesses the knowledge and experience to help a customer make the right choice, as well as suggesting additional items that fit well with the purchase of the mattress. In my case, all I needed was the mattress itself. Emmanuel was not pushy at all but took the time to tell me my options in terms of financing, paying outright, and purchasing peripheral items, should I ever desire to do so. He also clearly laid out the return and change of mattress policies. I highly recommend paying the store a visit when Emmanuel is scheduled to be there. I made a follow-up call to Emmanuel the day the delivery was scheduled, and he responded with my first name when he answered the call.
