My fiancé worked with Jeff on developing my wedding ring and he made it so unique and absolutely perfect. Staff is extremely professional and nice and offers great customer service. They ensure that you are completely happy and put the customers wants and needs first which makes the experience extremely special. I highly recommend making a visit to them because they are amazing!
(May 9, 2015, 3:31 pm)My wife and I have been customers of Styles Jewelers for over 15 years, and could not be happier. Jeff designed and created my wedding ring (I still get compliments on it), and I've bought many a piece of jewelry for my wife here. He and Maurice (the two owners) are as down to earth as any two guys can be, and the experience of shopping here is as pleasant as can be.
I've seen people of all ethnicities in this store, and they've all been treated equally, namely, as potential great customers. Have I had to wait to be served? Yes, but I understand that can happen.
I took in two watches yesterday afternoon for repairs--one for a new battery, and the other to have a pin replaced (or so I thought). I went by today to pick up the first, and Jeff gave me both watches, charging me only for the battery itself, no charge for repairing the pin, and even cleaned the wedding ring at no charge. Service is better than any jeweler I've ever dealt with.
