“This is truly an Allstate Insurance Agent in a class of its own. Every detail down to the customer service, to his well organized and friendly office staff is completely and utterly perfect. I had a question recently about my policy, as the rate had decreased almost $35 per month. I was certain that something must have been wrong with my renewal but when I called in, one of the customer service representatives told me that a discount was added that I didn't previously qualify for. There are many Allstate Agents in the Houston area, but very few if not any like James McCubbin Jr. Allstate. I proudly pay my bill each month knowing that if I have a claim, I will be taken care of quickly and without error. Many other Agents whether State Farm, Allstate or Liberty Mutual seem to staff agents who are clueless and not knowledgeable about billing and/or simple policy questions. Not here! The level of expertise shown by this Agency has been top notch and nothing short of a great experience. If I am going to spend money on insurance, I would rather it go to an Agency who knows what they are doing. Thank you James and Staff for all of your help. :) I'm not going anywhere for a long long time as long as the prices remain low!”
