“I bought a car here it hasn't been to bad to deal with them even though I don't trust them with money So I take my payment to them every month personally and get a receipt. There is this one salesmen person there that is the friendliest, happiest person to deal with when he talks to you he treats you with respect and friendship I would say: he will definitely tell you some things that will make you think about changing things in your life and letting go on the bad. Now the other people that work there like the main guys they are something else, but I probably would not buy another car from them to be honest. It is listed as a buy here pay here places and they are not the best to deal with but I had to add the time but I am almost done by the grace of God with payments with them. Will miss the salesperson that I was speaking of before but not anything or anyone else.”

“I had a great experience with this location. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would rent from this location again. They got everything ready for me as soon as they could. I had a 10-minute delay because they were trying to get the car filled up with gasoline and were unable to because their pump stopped working. I didn't mind the wait. The car was clean and the interior was spotless. I had rented for 3 days in all and they called me on the 2nd day just to check if everything was going well. In my book, that's going above and beyond; something that not a lot of rental places do. The staff was very courteous and polite. They didn't make me wait for too long. Offered to drop me off to my house since I was within their 5-mile radius.”

“I don't provide reviews unless I was astounded by the service. And I normally don't patronize with an establishment unless they have 4 stars and above. However, as fate would have it, I was in a rush and didn't have time to read reviews. Thank goodness because I wouldn't have received the awesome customer service provided by Ms. Alfreda. I do realize there are circumstances beyond a car rental's control; like customers not returning rentals back on time, etc., hence my reason for this review. Ms. Alfreda played the role of several employees in one - and she did an awesome job. Even when I wanted to be upset, I couldn't because of her vibrant personality and eagerness to make sure I was taken care of. The location did not have my 7 passenger vehicle on the lot so I had to wait for them to bring one from another location. It was a mini-van, which ended up accommodating me and my family better. Not to mention it was brand new and included all the bells and whistles. If I had to suggest any improvements to this rental location, I would suggest you employ more people like Ms. Alfreda. In a place where excellent customer service is non-existent; she is like a rare jewel. Because of her, I will choose this budget rental location for my future rental.”

“I can't say enough good things about the team here! I've bought a few cars in my lifetime and have always had to look out for what the sales guy and finance guy would try to pull over me. I found a car I was very interested in online. I got my pre-approval from my desired bank and I text the dealership to inquire about a test drive. I worked with Sammy (Sales) who is very sweet and sincere. He brought in Joseph (Finance Manager) and I explained to them what I was able to do and what I needed in order to get the car. They respected what I wanted, they did not try to push me into anything I did not want and they worked with me to make this experience the best car buying experience I have ever had! Frank (Finance) closed out the deal for me. All of these guys were helpful, honest and worked wonders to see me drive off the lot happy. If you are looking for a car and an honest deal come talk to these guys, you wont be disappointed!”

“One of the few privately owned auto dealerships left. Most others locally are owned by Auto Nation even if unadvertised as such. I have limited experience with sales but in my experience they seemed okay providing the services needed. Service is where I have the most experience here and their service department is excellent with highly trained personnel, high ranked awards, expertise & certifications. The sales floor and other areas of the large main building are clean and handicap accessible. I don't know about other areas.”

“I have travelled in and out of Houston a dozen times and there is a guy name Forrest at this location. I wanted to recognize him personally because he goes completely out of his way to help his customers out. He actually remembers his customers and he is there to HELP which is rare now days. You could just tell he was good at his job - the best I'd say. I'm beyond impressed with the service at this location. They always have a happy staff and a great selection of cars. The shuttle to and from the airport is fast and you never have to wait.”
