“The Houston Heights Fire Station was the perfect wedding venue for me and my husband! We had a wedding of ~100 guests, so we used the downstairs area for cocktail hour, the upstairs for dinner, and the downstairs again for cake & dancing. Dewayne Ross, the new coordinator at HFS, was a joy to work with - so responsive to every question and tour request. We even ended up booking him to handle our linen and furniture rentals. The venue itself is clean and beautifully maintained - the perfect vibe for our classic wedding. The best part is the venue is BYOB - we could buy alcohol from Total Wine and have our caterer serve it - which helped us easily customize our bar menu and save A LOT of money. Highly recommend! “I came to Dr. Tantuco to get checked for sleep apnea. He got me an appointment very quickly. When I went to the appointment, he took time to get to know me and understand the issues I was having. He is very personable and a great person - I don't think I've ever had a doctor give the personal attention that he does. Most experiences are in and out, 5 minutes tops. This is not that. Also, Jocelyn at his office is extremely responsive. What a great team all around! 100% recommend for anyone that has sleep issues.”

“I visited this craft center as part of a Where's Waldo search for local businesses. Tree House is located in the same building as The Lark Shop, but the main classroom is accessed by a rear entrance. There is also has an outside area. There are no set hours since classes are by appointment only. The classroom is nicely decorated and is well organized. Parking is limited, and there are stairs at the entrance.”

The mini city box is definitely shareable along with the shrimp on top its mini shrimp throughout the rice. The fish was my favorite it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. “I saw an AR-Pistol from the Steadfast's website and went to their store to check it out. To my surprise, they have much more in store compared to their online website. I was even able to select one of their STN-15 AR-Pistol and my Cerakote color at a very reasonable price. Once I purchased the gun, I took it to the range put about 150 rounds through it and the bolt carrier failed (failure to extract). I called the shop and Marilyn & Joe told me to bring it back to their store. Once they inspected the gun, they deemed that the BCG was bad. As many of us know, the BCG is built by only about 2 companies and not a product of Steadfast Tactical. Even though it wasn't one of their product that failed, Marilyn and Joe are very passionate about the guns they build and they stand behind their product. It didn't feel right to them. They went above and beyond and upgraded our BCG to Nickel Boron! Now I am back at the range and after 300 rounds later, no issues! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Marilyn and Joe, thank you guys so much!”
