I had a bad experience at another rental unit establishment that my parents had their belongings at (robbery) so I decided to find another facility to store their items since they wanted to blame my parents for the break in and imply that they may have forgotten that maybe they didn’t have those time in the unit. Long story short, my parents weren’t the only ones and the guy was caught, but it left a bad taste in my mouth about this establishment.

Chris took the time to hear my story and understood my concern. He went out of his way to find me the best deal and even suggested I go down a size in a unit because he felt what I needed was too big and that it would save my parents on a very fixed income money and he was right! Thank you Chris! I truly appreciate all your help!
