“I was very hesitant in putting my child in a daycare. I was not raised in the day care system and always thought I would be the one to look after my babies, but after having my daughter go to Pre-School Connection my worries are a lot less. Of course, I am mamma bear and have a hard time still but that is my own failing. The staff are friendly and professional. If there are any incidents, they report them. For example, if my child was hit or fell and got a scratch they let me know and tell me how they remedied the situation. If my child misbehaves, they make sure I know so I can correct it. The director is awesome and understands us working parents.”

Working in the pool provided a weightless environment to move my arm and shoulder and gradually regain lost flexibility and strength. Megan was great to work with. “This place is awesome!!!! The manager Chris is so customer oriented!! I had a bad experience at another rental unit establishment that my parents had their belongings at (robbery) so I decided to find another facility to store their items since they wanted to blame my parents for the break in and imply that they may have forgotten that maybe they didn’t have those time in the unit. Long story short, my parents weren’t the only ones and the guy was caught, but it left a bad taste in my mouth about this establishment. Chris took the time to hear my story and understood my concern. He went out of his way to find me the best deal and even suggested I go down a size in a unit because he felt what I needed was too big and that it would save my parents on a very fixed income money and he was right! Thank you Chris! I truly appreciate all your help!”
