“I am in school for business management and needed baked goods for a bake sale my school team was holding to raise money for cancer patient housing. i spoke with one of the cooks and several of the managers to order a large amount of donuts and they were all very professional! they made sure i understood all the proper forms and memorized the dates i needed the donuts. when i picked up the boxes, Robert, one of the cooks had made all of them fresh! all-in-all this store is a great team!”

“I've only been here once. But I put an order online for my boyfriends birthday cookie cake (he doesn't like sweets, but loves cookies, so instead of giving him a cake, a giant cookie would be better) I ordered online, kind of confused not knowing what it would really look like. The next day I showed up, actually quite early, and they asked for my identification and I showed them, the woman then pulled the cake right from under the desk and handed it right over. I was very impressed, and the cakes are delicious. Of course this was my first time, so I am rating it based on my first time.”

“**UPDATE- The manager contacted us after they were moved to new management. This morning, Westco donated enough donuts, kolaches and breakfast sandwiches for our staff of over 70 to enjoy! What a wonderful treat! Thank you for making it right - we'll definitely be returning! (and they were delicious BTW!) This company agreed to donate 3 dozen donuts ($18 worth) to our amazing teachers for teacher appreciation week. We were going to purchase another 3 dozen. When I went to pick them up this morning they said the person who had promised us the donation was not there and they would not be donating. It is a shame that they do not honor their promises or seem to value our district teachers. Won't be going back.”
