“First things first, 99% sure the phone number listed is linked to a phone behind their dumpster. Don't waist your time calling..that said: It really isn't as bad as everybody makes it out to be...I received a ticket for late registration and a broken tail light. Going to the "Municipal Court" is more like sitting at a desk with a glass barrier. The nice woman on the other side simply asks for your information, proof of resolution, and then asks for a small fee. All together, took about 10 minutes on a weekday at 11AM.”

“Happy with my recent experience at this office, I arrived at around 3:15pm on Friday to request a replacement SS card, logged in at the terminal, got my ticket and sat in the waiting area. The posted closing time is 4pm and I was half expecting them to ask all the people still waiting to leave, but to their credit they only stopped letting people come in at 4pm and then continued to process the remaining customers. I was called to the window at around 4:10pm, the staff member was polite and efficient and I was on my way about 5 minutes later. This office seems to be quite new and the waiting room was clean and presentable.”
