“My wife and I went there, primarily for her, as she was having neck pain and occasional headaches. During the first visit, Dr. Tate was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and the purpose of each test and adjustment. This really made my wife feel comfortable and put her at ease, since this was her first experience with a Chiropractor. After her first visit, she was already feeling much better and had more mobility without pain. I am seeing him as well and I immediately noticed a greater feeling of well being and less fatigue during the day as well as an increase in my flexibility. We will definitely keep going, not just for his great work, but we really enjoy his company and talking with him. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and general health and welfare. He is good at what he does and is a genuinely nice person that cares for his patients. His adjustment program he tailored for me has reduced my occasional knee pain and I sleep better. I highly recommend him to anyone that is feeling stiffness, headaches, or joint issues.”

“Ok I loved this place!!!! I have no idea if my procedure worked as I only left the place a few hours ago, but it was so worth it. I signed up thinking this is way too good to be true. I check the drive time and my GPS says 1 hour and 5 minutes so I hesitated, and when I get there I am thinking I must be in the wrong place so I should just skip this. But I am so glad I didn't flake out. I meet Rosalie and I felt so much better. I just love her! I felt so at ease and she answered all of my crazy questions. They were concerned with my comfort and gave me disposable shorts and bra top for modesty, and to keep from getting the gel on my clothes. They were concerned with hygeine, as she even wore gloves (which alot of aesthetic places don't bother to do). I didn't feel like there was this high pressure, car salesman atitude where you've got to buy this and you've got to try that...it was just normal talk about the things that women talk about, which was really refreshing. The procedure took about 40 to 45 minutes, but time flew by because we were talking. There was ZERO discomfort, I got up, wiped the goo off and walked out the door with no pain, no irritation, nothing. Worth the drive! Everyone should take a chance on this place. You won't be disappointed.”

“I found the “learn to swim” program to be beneficial for my children despite their differences in skill level. One of my child swims in a different year-round swim team and the lessons helped her refine stroke technique. I would definitely recommend it but would buy the swim wet suits as some of KISD pools are not very warm. This is really important for younger children.”
