“This Panada Express location is the best in the city of Houston. Don’t let anyone tell you different! My company is close and often comes here for food but more so the company and myself love the customer service here. It is amazing! Jenny Najarro is outstanding. She makes a point to always make you feel like this is the best place to eat and be! Crazy thing is the food is good but the people and staff make it so much better than their sister establishments! Just come and try this specific location out! See and taste the difference.”

“This is a favorite fast food place for us. You can have it your way with pretty much everything. They have good malts. The new drpepper shake is pretty good as well. Their burgers are the best. They salt and pepper them on the grill and that adds so much flavor. They will cheese and bacon it up for you with as much as you want to pay for. Their fries are good not the best but still very good. The chicken strip are great and they come with Texas toast and gravy... So pretty awesome. All in all the chain is great. This location... Is pretty darned good. No employees shine out but we usually get drive through.”

“I had an amazing experience here, since my cat was a newborn rescue and has never been touched by anyone else. I was very anxious because my cat has always reacted to any strange person in an alarming, (completely bonkers), way. I found the place to be exceptionally clean, with a great atmosphere, and the staff was calm, friendly, and knowledgeable. My cat loved them and I was impressed that he cooperated right away. He had the most positive experience ever. He has been sitting in his crate constantly, hoping to go back there again. The Dr. was very personable, generous and caring; I feel completely confident about what I need to do now, and in what comes next. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend, would give more stars if possible!”

“Wonderful people, friendly folk! Short lines, no mortgage lending thus very stable. Biggest drawback is the drive-thru ATM. Excessive downtime, but even when it is up, it sometimes won't even read brand new cards.I've had to put the card in 3 or 4 times to get it to read. Also it turns off after you check your balance and one has to reinsert one's card and PIN again to start a transaction. Aggravating and inefficient due to poor programming!”
