“We had someone hit our car from back and all our sensors, Lane assist, parking assist etc we're all going crazy.. some big shops around here didn't have openings until late month. These big shops also were charging exorbitant rates, when asked for quote, They were asking insurance will pay and all I need to pay is deductible and didn't really want to give me the quote, some of the initial assessment were 2k over the final numbers I had with Jack. Jacks took us in right away, he is licensed, his initial quote was same as the insurance company, but had a sensor costed us additional 1k but was expected and he worked with insurance to get the claim adjusted. But he did his best to give me a daily text or call status and kept me on loop with everything that was going on. He painted the door and frames around the bumper so the new and old paints blend properly. Customer service A+. He did a great job to fix all the issues including sensors. He is one customer oriented person I highly recommend him. Support honest and trustworthy local business like him and don't go after greedy corporations who are screwing us by billing high to insurance company and essentially costing us through premium hikes..”

“On an extended RV trip and had an incident where aside from damaging a basement door I also (somehow) punched a fist sized hole in the outer right rear tire. This is why there are 4 tires back there. Anyway, having gotten to a campground I didn't want to move to the colission repair shop until the tire was replaced. Half a dozen places turned me down including Love's who would repair it if I drove there, but GCR got the tire information which I had ready for them, and their technician was here within an hour. He removed the bad tire and installed the new one without even having to remove the rim, installed a new air valve - all in all as a transient I couldn't have found a better company to deal with. Kudos.”
