Despite the fact that they are not an "authorized samsung dealer," ( what does that mean anyway, after all I just want my washer fixed), the technician came out and fixed it in 30 minutes! “One side of this small strip mall shop is cute, inexpensive (but not necessarily cheap) fun novelty and stationary items featuring a variety of colorful, adorable Koren? or maybe Japanese? cartoon-type characters. Not a huge inventory by any stretch of the imagination but still lots of fun pens, pencils hand cute miscellany. Btw, this is not a Hello Kitty shop. The other side, features posters, music and assorted other K-pop pop star items. I don't know the first thing about K-pop but it seems like a nice enough selection. It's a nice little store. Not a huge selection but enough. Good prices. And the shopkeeper is a pleasant man. Has been gracious and welcoming both times we were in his shop.”

“Working with Trey from Brooks Construction was very easy and enjoyable. They came very highly recommended from friends who had used them a few times in the past. We looked at several design possibilities and iterations for building an additional garage, adding a second floor room, and converting a closet to a wine cellar. They were very easy to work with and delivered a great work product at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately we are now moving away for a few years due to my work and had to put the projects on hold. I'm looking forward to returning and getting these projects installed at my house. I can say that I've seen their quality of work at a friends house and I can personally vouch for their level of responsiveness and quality of proposal and willingness to make adjustments in the design phase. “Easy to see why this company has a constant 5 star rating. Amazing and quick customer service. Matt was polite, honest, and accommodating. Our outside AC unit died last night, in the middle of a Houston summer. Called a couple of other places first thing this morning, one didn't answer or call back, the other couldn't get here until tomorrow. With two little boys at home with me, I was so thrilled when Matt actually answered the phone and then scheduled to come out the same day. He was to come out early afternoon, but then called an hour or so later and said he was between jobs and was able to stop by sooner if we were available. Within a matter of 4 hours, Matt and his amazing team came out to inspect and completely replace the entire outside unit. He talked through everything with me to make sure I understood all the components of the job. He even asked to make sure the old unit wasn't still under warranty, something most people forget to check. The house is now cooling down and I am so appreciative of Matt and his team for such awesome service and quick turnaround.”
