“Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable and competent plumbers, who go above and beyond, with patience and grace. My mother had an emergency situation today. The situation was made worse by someone who tried to fix it, over the course of 1.5 days. Rex Plumbing came highly recommended to me. I was able to reach them immediately. The crew arrived at my mom's in approximately 20 minutes and, had the solution right away. My mom was very stressed between the person who was already working on the problem and misunderstanding what Rex's crew stated to her. Rex's crew graciously left. When I called to apologize for the confusion, they were very understanding. I was told to call them if we needed them, after they informed me that the person who was working on the problem inadvertently made it worse. An hour later my mom asked me if I could ask them to come back because she still had the leak. We were willing to wait until the next morning. Roy decided to send the crew back out right away. They repaired the pipe in less than an hour and even taught her what the other person did wrong. They continued to be gracious and understanding as she apologized for her stressed frustrations on their first trip. It is very hard to find customer service, competence and professionalism like this these days. Now I understand why my friend highly recommended them to me. I too, highly recommend them.”

“Very chill place if you just want somewhere to hang out. Not really a quiet place to study so I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for quiet time. It’s very small so when it’s crowded there’s no space and there’s literally one outlet for people to share. It’s really inconvenient. Also when I went there was one person doing everything, I felt for him. He had to make the drinks, take orders and help the drive thru area. He was very nice though so the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star was for the customer service and food.”
