“Don't understand poor reviews, unless they are old complaints which have been corrected. Mom just died with Hospice at Baywood, where she had been for just a few weeks. The care and consideration was exceptional, for Mom and us. I would not have put her in Hospice if she would lose her care team at Baywood. The were wonderful.”
