Fried shrimp was delicious. Cornmeal breading gave it a great crunch. Pork with green bean was good too, good portion size. And can never go wrong with a pork banh mi, especially for 3.50

The Pho soup is really good, better taste than other places I've been too. I truly recommend Tex Pho.

Went in the fourth day they opened. The food was good and the workers are very nice. They are offering a 20% discount the first two weeks of their grand opening.

Just open January 1st 2019. Had to stop in and have a large bowl of pho. The broth is amazing and a generous portion of beef to go with it. The grilled pork springs were very good and rolled fresh. The peanut sauce was warm just the way I like it and on the spicy side. The avocado smoothie with tapioca was also delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more.
