“My husband and I went in looking for some items. While we were standing in the isle discussing what we were going to do an employee walking past asked if we needed help. I can't remember his name but the gentleman that worked in the area with the fireplaces was exceptional. He helped us with all of our questions even though they didn't have what we looking for he helped us find it at another store. He even went to other departments helping us locate things. Wish all the lowes had employees like him. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. Wish this store was closer to where we lived I would definitely shop with them more.”

“I visited the Home Depot Fairmont location on November 18th. I was in search of some screws for a stool but had no idea what sizes I needed,(I brought the top of stool with me) after searching for 20 minutes myself. I recruited some help. So James happened to be waking down the aisle and he asked how was my day. I asked if he could help me and he said of course. We proceeded to search for these screws. Andi was very difficult considering we had no other acre to match against it. He was persistent and friendly and professional the entire time. It took him about another 15 minutes but he actually found the screws I needed! I was very grateful. I believe that is one of the great traits of customer service, making sure the customer has what they need, having a great attitude, ensuring their satisfaction and that they will definitely return. James in Hardware (hopefully their is only one. He had an awesome beard) he is the gold standard in customer service! “I stopped by to check out some vapes and the manager was so nice and helpful. He answered all my questions since I'm a newbie. He made some suggestions and even let me try some flavors too. This shop is under new management and he really does care about his customers too. He helped me pick out the best mod for my needs and didn't try to under or over sell me on something I didn't need. I am so happy I found this place and it's very close to home. If you need anything this is the best place to come too. Their house flavors are so good too.
