Awesome local gym that has everything you need from free weights, machines, plyometrics, and cardio. The facility is kept well maintained by the owners and staff.

8/22/22:
Texas Flex as a location has a great selection of equipment in the amount of real estate that it has. I would call this one of my favorite gyms, but my customer service experience has been a bit lackluster.

When I first signed up online, I wasn't given clear onboarding instructions. I couldn't find staff hours anywhere online to check when I could pick up my key fob and had to reach out and wait for a response - I feel like info like this should be included in some kind of onboarding details. To avoid any gaps in communication.

Fast forward to present day, I've emailed to cancel my membership due to external reasons, and have been waiting for almost a week now. I provided my cancellation info via email, exactly as someone from front desk had instructed me to. I haven't gotten a clear response as to where in the cancellation process they are at even after sending follow-up emails. It's almost the end of the month and I'm concerned that I could potentially charged for the upcoming month if it doesn't get cancelled on time.

Texas Flex, I really want to give you the stars you deserve because I really did love this gym in the short time I worked out there. I just wish there was more efficient communication and more information available online to avoid further confusion.

If you’re looking for a gym in the area whether its for the day or wanting to become a member, Texas Flex Fitness is the gym for you. The gym welcomes everyone of all levels and has a lot to offer. There’s a wide variety of equipment and is continuously improving. The gym has 24-hour access, sauna, lockers, showers, kids’ room, and offers classes. Along with that, they have a tanning bed and compression therapy. It’s a great environment and everyone is friendly and very welcoming. The staff and owners are great and the gym is always very clean. Looking for a personal trainer? Texas Flex offers personal training memberships that will allow you to reach your goals, or if you need an extra push. Highly recommend everyone to check the gym out!!

Small city of Seabrook but big gym, locally owned and operated by great people! Friendly staff, trainers and members! All the equipment you need and more! Owners that listen to their members and keep improving every time you turn around. Looking forward to the use of the tanning bed coming soon! Stop by and check it out, all levels welcome and you won't be disappointed.

Texas Flex is hands down the BEST local gym in our area. Great workout equipment and top notch employees make for a great gym experience. Can't say enough great things about the owners....they actually LISTEN when you make them aware of anything that might be needed. Super clean and the best part, it's 24 hours!!
