I have a busy, chaotic lifestyle and I look forward to my frequent facial treatments, not just for the treatment, but the tranquility it brings within. “Great location! Enjoyed sitting by the water to have lunch. Food is freshly cooked and you pick what you want them to cook for you. We had the fried shrimp, bass, tilapia, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious! Only down side was no fountain drinks there for no iced drinks for this Texas heat! They do have can beverages. Bring your own cup and ice if you like cold drinks with your meal. Will definitely be coming back though with my own ice and cup! 😅😁”

“Definitely giving this apartment 5 stars. I am soon to be moving to these apartments coming up in March or April of 2022, hopefully working within budget wise. I narrowed down my search after looking around now for about two years. To be honest I should have made my move to this apartment last year in 2020 but my budget wasn’t right. But I am glad now I am looking ahead of time. Extremely great customer service coming from the Management team. I do have to thank Ms. Tristian for her work into helping understand the process of what they do. I have visited several apartments and was not impressed by the service but when I came to Teakwood it felt like it should. No gimmicks, straight and narrow with the information. I have visited both during the spring where it was beautiful and I have now visited in the fall/Winter. It’s well worth the price. Just for the interior it’s high standard. When I visited other places they wanted to charge $1300 to $1400 just what teakwood is offering for $1140-$1180. Worth the price! I would rather move to a place that is going to give me the service I need than stay at a place that is screwing me over. Teakwood is very peaceful and that’s during the time I visited. Only one way to find out is to live there and see. But from what I can tell it’s mostly working people and families that live there. No College students!! Thank God! I am looking forward to moving here in the Spring, hopefully my budget is up to speed and I can make my move. Here are real pictures I took from the model and also from the actual apartment. Edit: Just wanted to put in the message, I am very happy I look at this apartment and very thankful the managers and leasing Agents were able to help me with the service. Unfortunately I ended up finding another apartment that was working within my budget. But I am thankful for the service they gave me. Wishing them best of luck and thanks for the great service”

“UPDATE 8/23/22: Joseph has kindly reached out through both email and text to clear the problem, which may have been a technical error with either of our emails that prevented me from receiving communications. I appreciate the timely service I was given even upon leaving, and would come back again if given the chance. Thank you for your business! 8/22/22: Texas Flex as a location has a great selection of equipment in the amount of real estate that it has. I would call this one of my favorite gyms, but my customer service experience has been a bit lackluster. When I first signed up online, I wasn't given clear onboarding instructions. I couldn't find staff hours anywhere online to check when I could pick up my key fob and had to reach out and wait for a response - I feel like info like this should be included in some kind of onboarding details. To avoid any gaps in communication. Fast forward to present day, I've emailed to cancel my membership due to external reasons, and have been waiting for almost a week now. I provided my cancellation info via email, exactly as someone from front desk had instructed me to. I haven't gotten a clear response as to where in the cancellation process they are at even after sending follow-up emails. It's almost the end of the month and I'm concerned that I could potentially charged for the upcoming month if it doesn't get cancelled on time. Texas Flex, I really want to give you the stars you deserve because I really did love this gym in the short time I worked out there. I just wish there was more efficient communication and more information available online to avoid further confusion.”

“This company has excellent top-of-the-line equipment to have your diesel engines tested to give results and diagnose the issue. The only thing was when they quoted me a price of about $1600 I asked them if they were sure that was the only issue and I would not have to be paying more money for other things because if so I would’ve probably sold my vehicle they said no this should be it in a part of fixing that they did some more tests and told me it was about Another four things I needed done which totaled up to about $5500 including the 1600. I wish I would’ve known that before spending the 1600 but other than this the shop has nice equipment up-to-date with the current diesel technology going into the vehicles overall I would recommend”
