“It is a very good day care facility. Hours are extended and, generally speaking, the staff are good with the children. Naturally no one is ever completely satisfied with how strangers look after one's children, but the staff make an effort to treat children well. Our two children attended Excelsior for 2 years and we had very few complaints. I will say that it's been a long time since the website was updated, so hardly any of that applies other than the scheduled hours of operation and the contact information. I think it is one of the better daycares in the area and I would not hesitate to return my children there. And most importantly, both of my kids would return happily.”
