“I absolutely love this place! I go 6-7 days a week. Each day is a different work out & a new challenge. The coaches are very knowledgeable & helpful. They have helped me reach many personal goals as well as assist me with making/reaching new ones. They are constantly giving tips to ensure my form is proper & I do not get hurt. They are happy to scale the work outs for beginners or anyone who is recovering from an injury/medical issue! They also are accommodating to my schedule. On the days I’m busy, they support me coming in, even if it is for a short time. The owner, Bobby is very friendly & supportive. He knows just the push each athlete needs to get the best work out. He doesn’t hesitate to add weight to my bar when HE knows I can lift more, even though I am not aware of it myself. The other members are also incredible. Everyone is friendly & supportive to each other. I am glad I found my way to this CrossFit gym. If I had friends, I would be dragging them along with me to share the awesomeness of this gym.”

“Amazing service! I couldn't have asked for more for my 2 1/2 yr old. Elicia, PA spent time with us and spoke to my toddler like a grown boy and he responded and received her so well. Doctor visits are typically terribly difficult for us and she got through every task and extra precaution without missing a beat. “My 1 year old got his first cut here on his birthday by the Guy. I believe he's the only guy in this shop. He did an Amazing Job! He knew exactly how to deal with him. My baby cried but this guy knew how to distract him and make him smile at the same time. He was doing cool tricks and spinning in circles entertaining my kid. His haircut came out PERFECT!!! Hairline was extra straight. He has cut his hair a total of three times. If he's in today We're going today again. I love that guy.”
