First, I would like to give a big special thanks to Ann, without Ann this job may not even have taken place. I have had some unpleasant experiences with contractors in the past and am not inclined to easily be convinced over the phone for such a big project. However, Ann was very pleasant to talk to, she was very patient and went over each step with me clearly. Ann's overall knowledge about the project was also surprising, and it was a big help in assisting me to decide on the final requirements for the new fence. During my many initial conversations with Ann, she never once exerted undue salesman pressure on me to close the deal. this really put me at ease and earned my trust with her and your company. Next, I want to give the highest recommendation to your fence installer Robert. Robert worked tirelessly from early in the morning till late in the evening for three days straight without a word of complaint. This coupled with his seasoned skill set and attention to the smallest of details, is what ended up with my great fence.
