“Disrupt is AMAZING!! I sustained an injury running a couple years ago and was told by a local Ortho that surgery would be the only option if I continued to run and the pain returned. Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule. Under her care, I was able to come back even stronger from that injury and haven't looked back! That experience made me a firm believer in PT as a first line of defense, and now Rachel is my first phone call whenever my active lifestyle gets the better of me. She specializes in pelvic floor, but she does it all and has helped me rehab foot, knee, and shoulder injuries (and has worked her dry needling magic on my wrist). “Beautiful place to walk. Very quiet. Like you're walking through a canopy of trees. It's nice that you get to walk along the river for a while. There are mile markers every 1/10 of a mile so you know how far you've gone. They also have little signs that describe the types of trees. Which is nice too take a look at it and read. Overall it's a great place.”

“This venue was gorgeous and very well priced! I have no real complaints about my experience with them. They do have many, strict rules about their venue, but they are not difficult to stay within the bounds of. The sound system is also a bit unpredictable at times in the night. I was also slightly disappointed we did not get to use the beautiful fireplace inside because they told us (day of) that we could not have the sound system on and the fire place on at the same time due to fire hazard. So be aware of that!”

“I have been working out at Crossfit Overtake for over a year. I had never done Crossfit before and was very far outside of my comfort zone. I literally signed up for this gym because it was close to my house and with my long commute I needed to shave off time anywhere I could. I can honestly say this experience has changed my life. When I started, my body was breaking down at 28 years young from desk work. I felt physically terrible every morning and it was affecting me mentally and emotionally. I am now in the best shape of my life at 30 years old and hope to continue building myself up in every way. I have built mental toughness and discipline that have changed the way I eat, sleep, work, and think. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I am very excited to see what I can become in the future. The staff at this gym are top notch and will do everything to help you grow. They have developed at culture among the staff and members that instills mental toughness and humility. This gym is tough and the coaches will not hold back if there is a teaching opportunity. You will get brutal honesty, and you will grow from it. The only people that should not come to this gym are those with big egos and those who can't own their mistakes. You can be weak in every way, but it you have the right attitude, everyone at this gym will help you become a better athlete and person.”
