“My wife and I were referred to this hospital and we have had no experience with an animal hospital before. Our poor baby had quite an emergency and the staff here were so quick to treat it as such. I will never have enough nice words about this place. We are so grateful that they gave us costs upfront, options, and loved our dog just as much as we would while she was there. They all consistently said how sorry they were and acted appropriately. Unfortunately we lost one of our best friends today. We are so thankful that they were open, honest, true, and full of heart, including the techs, front desk, and physicians. Their communication was on point. Price was never a problem for our dog because with healthcare, you get what you pay for and the staff truly made it worth every penny until her last breath. I would definitely recommend them again for any emergency, but I pray we don’t have another one obviously. Thank y’all again.”
