The CrossFit gyms I've most enjoyed (including my home gym) have a few things in common: -Coaches who know their stuff, but don't beat you over the head with it. -A variety of skill levels, because it's an indicator that they have solid programming and can cater to athletes ranging from ultra-casual to elite. -Smiles. Everywhere. People are happy to be there and are having fun. -A truly welcoming atmosphere. This was my second year visiting CrossFit Redefined while home for the holidays and people kept introducing themselves and asking me about myself. They were lovely, but it's funny to me how those were the moments when remembered that I was a visitor. Otherwise, it just feels like my CF home away from CF home. ---- I dropped in for a few classes over the holiday and really enjoyed it. The coaches are knowledgeable, my classmates were welcoming and I could tell they are a solid community of athletes and friends. If I lived in the area, this would be my box. “I have been working with Steven Champagne at HuMotion for a week now on a nutrition plan that he put together for me. My eating habits before I met with him were good. I was eating healthy and wasn't loosing any weight. It was extremely frustrating. The problem is I wasn't eating the right foods together at the right times, quantity too. “I live nearby and I like the accessibility that I could walk to a place that has everything I need from drinks (non-alcoholic and alcohol) to snacks, and miscellaneous objects like pens, paper, and it is a great place to get gas. The staff are friendly and it is a safe place. I have been here thousands of times throughout the years, it is one of the best gas stations around. It's not a big one so the variety isn't all there though.”

“I went to this place a week ago and I said is an awesome place to eat Venezuelan food. I'm from Venezuela and definitely recommend it. The flavor of mariscos empanada was UNBELIEVABLE, the cachapa (it's like a corn pancake) is good, however the cheese that they put inside could be thicker! The service was good, the place look cozy.”

“Actually ran into the vendor while she was stocking her booths at Antique Gallery of Houston. Very nice lady! She will answer any questions you have and she's very informative about all her merchandise. She has things from antiques down to quirky things that that are unusual and has things for all different tastes. I have bought things from her booths before and happy I got to meet her! You can also have lunch while shopping at this huge antique mall. Mrs. Woods also has a booth in downtown Conroe! Go find yourself a treasure. You won't be disappointed!”
