  I found Helios Med Spa through a good friend of mine on Facebook. I was suffering from pseudofolliculitis on my neck which is basically inflamed hair bumps. I'd like to start off by saying that initially, I was as skeptical about laser procedure as one could possibly be. In fact I was really a little bit afraid of being burned by the laser. However, my technician Courtnay, was so good at delivering decision-making information, that ultimately I decided to move forward. I can honestly say that I have never in my life felt more comfortable during a procedure such as this. My technician did such a great job that I immediately started seeing results on my first session out of 6. In fact, my results were so good, that most of my ingrown hair problem was addressed on the very first visit. By the time I got to my second visit it was such an easy process.
  
  Now, I know that no one is really going to pay attention to a review without some negatives. One of the things that bothered me slightly is; I originally filled out enough paperwork to get into the system and receive my 1st treatment, but on my second visit which was 4 weeks later, I ended up having to fill out a lot more paperwork which was seemingly very redundant. It was as if they had lost all of the information that I had previously provided. Nevertheless, my technician once again explained the situation and made it easy for me to just fill out and get in the back and get done for my second session. I would recommend this company to anyone. However from my personal experiences I would personally recommend Courtnay she's the best!!
