“I have been renting a climate controlled unit here for 4 years now and only moved out today because I no longer need a storage unit. It has always been clean and well-maintained. Every single employee I have interacted with has been very pleasant and very helpful. The price has remained the same the entire time I rented here. I have also used their auto-draft feature for a long time without issue. I had a card replaced once due to fraud and was charged a late fee, I forgot that it was drafting from my card and not my bank account number. They were happy to help and reimbursed my late fee. I also lost my keys at one point and they met with me and cut the lock off for me. I think they only charged about $20. Even the move out was painless. Also, this location did not take on any water when Tomball flooded or during Harvey. If I ever need a storage unit again I would gladly drive across town to use this facility.”

“This is a smaller storage facility and is usually always booked... but for a good reason, the place is operated great and the owner is very gracious of his clients and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. We had a storage there and utilize parking spaces for our equipment and wouldnt go anywhere else. This place does not flood either so your belongings are safe. They are def worth the wait list time if your not able to get in right away and have great rates.”
