No pressure sale, had appraisal in 1 day, signed the deal and had product delivered early at my request. The actual install was quicker than anticipated, all large furniture had been removed and replaced following the install by the installers. All work completed on our schedule with our needs. Was a very good good experience. Would use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about 5 Star Floors. I received several quotes. The one from 5 Star Floors was very competitive. In fact, for the exact same product the quote was considerably less than a well-known flooring company. Other companies also told me that the project would take ten days. It ended up only taking five with 5 Star Floors. The crew was extremely tidy and fast. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We worked with 5 Star Flooring to update all of the carpet in our home. The process was quick and we were supported through every step. From the very beginning, we were shown all of the different options in carpet and padding. The samples we took home made choosing the color that worked best in our home very easy. They worked with our busy schedules to order over the phone and even set up delivery too. We were pleased with the installer and his team. Overall, this was an excellent experience. We would use them again for any of our flooring needs!
