Our technician, Juan, notified us before hand what date/time he was coming. Then followed up in the day off. He arrived on time and was very thorough. He was respectful and polite to our other family member here for the holidays. Before leaving he checked in with us and asked if we had additional concerns or questions. Great job!

Ryan performed the pest service, and he exceeded expectations. First, he inspected the house to confirm what might/may be concerns for the homeowner. He proceeded to spray the interior and then proceeded with the exterior. He did explain that the spray used is harmless to pets and humans. Just very friendly and personable. I really appreciate that this business employs veterans as well. My family also uses Impact and I will continue to refer this business to family and friends!

Great experience! We had Jared IPC as our service provider, and he did an awesome job on our first treatment. He came with another gentleman, but I didn’t catch his name. They both did great! Very thorough and very attentive to our concerns.

DJ did a great job of explaining the service initially and when we had our first treatment we noticed the difference immediately.

We used another service that was offered to us with the purchase of a home. They had already treated three different times and we saw no difference in activity. All of the sticky traps ended up with insects and we were pretty frustrated. I was even more concerned over the chemicals.

After just one treatment, we saw things we did not want to see fleeing our house, including dying black widows.

All of the activity by the cracks by our garage have all but ceased and the sticky traps remain mostly empty.

So happy the team took the opportunity to visit with us and explain the service so thoroughly. We are very pleased and I have already recommended the service to my friends.
