Staff really care for their residents as if they are family. As a nurse I get great reports from family about VG. Staff are easy to work with and are knowledgeable and willing to help at all times. Would recommend VG Tomball to anyone who is looking for great care for their loved ones when they need it most.
What a great place for your loved one! This location makes such a great place for a new home- a small, intimate setting that is VERY clean and feels like a second home!
The director Jamie is hands on and very involved with all layers of care for the residents here.
There is nothing little about this beautiful community. The personal one on one close care the Resident’s receive is top notch. Awesome co-workers and the ONLY clean Memory Care Community I have come across. Not only is this the BEST place to work at, the manager Ms Jaime speaks to her employees with professionalism and care.
I have visited this facility as a chaplain and to volunteer singing and playing guitar for the residents. Every time that I have been there it has been clean, cheerful and organized. The workers there seem to really care about the residents. The food is freshly prepared and well presented. I have noticed that the residents are clean, well groomed and cared for with respect.
Most of the reviews for this place seem to be a battle between employees, and therefore not very useful. I took a tour of it to see for myself, which is what I would recommend as well to others. It is very easy, the workers are polite. The place is very bright and clean and nicely situated in the pine trees. They have a garden the clients can stroll in, they have daily activities, meals, laundry and housekeeping is included in the price. They are all they claim to be: an assisted living for Alzheimer's patients. A nurse comes to visit weekly, and this place is close to the hospital. The rooms are big and the bathrooms included were easy to access with a wheelchair. I didn't go with this place for my loved one because it was SO bright and he would need a more cozy than ritzy atmosphere, but I do think it could be worth considering.
