(March 16, 2019, 10:32 am)One of my favorite go to places for country cooking! Had the country fried chicken the first time and tried their famous burger next. So good! Service was great and they're not stingy with their sauces (ranch, mayo etc.) I like how the waiters and waitresses stay busy. Even when they're not serving customers, they're cleaning tables or cleaning the salt and pepper shakers etc. Such good work ethic! I couldn't help but observe. A lil far from me but definitely worth the drive!
(March 14, 2019, 3:36 pm)A true hidden gem. If you have someone visiting from out of town, you should bring them here. The burgers are fantastic, the catfish is awesome, the chicken fried steak is great too. Service is great and a must for family.
(February 27, 2019, 1:44 pm)Stopped for lunch, they had affordable lunch specials, chicken fried steak "6 oz" but still enormous and sooooooo delicious. Green beans were cooked with bacon and caramelized onions, delicious again. Everything was just like grandma used to make from scratch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will return as soon as possible.
(February 16, 2019, 11:12 pm)A customer had mentioned this restaurant and we decided to take a 30 min trip to see what all the buzz was about.
As we arrived, we were greeted with open arms and quickly seated. The staff was very attentive and we never had to wait for our refill
The food came and oh my God the food was amazing!!!
Highly recommend. Next time I will take the burger challenge.
(January 27, 2019, 11:40 pm)Absolutely the best hamburger I have ever had in a long time. This place is a little bit out of the way but well worth it. Inside it has a simple hole in the wall atmosphere but the food is worth it. The burger I had was a single party with cheddar cheese,lettice,pickles,mustard,ketchup on a jalapeno bun that was amazing. I got tater tots that rivaled Sonic Drive In. If you don't mind the drive I highly recommend this place.
