This place is a great location and Greta Barnes was wondeful!! She helped us pick out the best unit and packing supplies we needed for our move. She was very helpful and super nice! I will highly recommend this location to all my friends and family!! DEFINITELY a 10 star rating!!!!

I met Greta at the Tomball 249 location today 2/9/19 and I must say it was a breathe of fresh air meeting Greta. Having someone that had patience with me being my first time renting a unit. It was an awesome experience. Greta was very knowledgeable and made my rental experience a great one. Thanks Life Storage for taking out the time to hire the best, it says a lot about the company. This was an amazing storage unit! Our stuff was safe the entire time and well kept! The units are super clean and climate controlled! Erica was amazing and helped us check out smoothly! Super nice staff that cares about your things! Definitely recommend to anyone!

I came in today and Erika along with Karry were so helpful. They were able to get me a great rate along with packing supplies I didn’t even think of. Very personable. I highly recommend this place. These ladies are so awesome!

Erica, the manager was AMAZING! This is our first time using Life Storage and we are pleased! Erica went above and beyond to make sure we got just what we needed. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. Not only that, the truck was great on gas. I definitely suggest Life Storage to anyone in the need of moving.
