Red Tag Mattress and Furniture Tomball

We were really impressed with Red Tag Furniture! We purchased a sectional couch and mattress from Curt and were super happy with the customer service, pricing and delivery. I highly suggest you check out Red Tag if you're looking for furniture!

Prices are OK, staff is friendly but after the sale everything goes downhill.

Said delivery would be on Tuesday, called and checked-in that morning said it would be delivered after it wasn't delivered by Thursday my wife continued to check-in daily until I had to drive-up in person on Saturday- delivery got done same day.

BUT they did not have the cable connections for the electric reclining sofa. I was told they would finish setting it up the following weekend, it has been 3 weeks and no word.

Curt got everything taken care of very fast and it is all working properly, love the sofa and couch and very friendly service (family owned). 4/5!

The best customer service hands down! Curt’s first priority was making sure I left happy not making the sale. Amazing personality. Will definitely be using his store again and will refer others that need furniture.

Really nice to support family owned businesses in our communities. This was a total great find without all the price haggling for quality furniture. Also, I knew what I wanted but didn’t see it on the show room floor but they were able to work with me and order from selections available online. Very nice couple and great service! 👏
