They have a solid variety of weights and strength-training equipment, which allows for a well-rounded workout. The cardio area is also well-equipped, giving me plenty of options to get my heart rate up! What really sets this gym apart, however, is Austin though. He is friendly and very helpful. I've had my fair share of times I've had to contact him about something and every time he has been able to help out as soon as he can! All in all, I am extremely happy with my decision to join. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped, supportive gym environment.”

“I stopped in today to do my laundry while on a camping journey from FL to AK. There were lots of machines available for use. The attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. It's nice to be welcomed into a place where you will be doing business. They offer drop off/pickup service but I chose to do my own laundry. The rates were very fair, and the bonus was that right next door was a car wash, which I was also in need of. So convenient to be able to wash our clothes and car at the same place. People if you live anywhere near this place and are in need of a laundromat with a friendly staff - don't hesitate. Just go here! Oh yeah one more thing: They do up to three loads of wash & dry for free every first Thursday of every month from 6 to 9 pm. ????”
