I had talked with a couple of other companies who tried to sell me larger, expensive and noisier 24KW units but Rocky took the time to actually measure the current drawn by both my air conditioning units and found that a 14KW unit was perfect for my 3500 Sq. Ft. house. This Champion generator is quieter and cheaper than the 24KW Generac and comes with a 10 year limited warranty (twice what Generac offers). In turn, he listed what should be done as soon as possible, what should be done in the coming month, and what he recommended should be done soon; but was not urgent. This list was based off not just what he could see, but off what he recognized due to his immense Toyota training.
