“I started just last week at Planet Fitness, and so far my experience has been great. The one close to my house is almost finished, so in the meantime I tried two others that are a few miles away. Both have been clean, well lighted, and we'll maintained. The equipment is in good repair and plentiful. It wasn't packed when I was there either time, but they were busy. The only issue I've had so far is the app won't load anymore, and I had to ask them to look up my name in their system so I could get in. It will be better once I get the app fixed.”

“I have recently started seeing Brian at Move it B in October 2021 and have been dealing with extreme right hip pain and discomfort along with injury from powerlifting with 2 herniated disc and spinal stenosis. I was seeing a chiropractor for over 1 year and saw temporary relief that would come back in a day or two. After seeing Brian after 2 sessions, I felt a dramatic change and relief. I have been able to lift and squat and my regular daily activities along with working out aggressively with my trainer because of Brian. “This by far the best experience I've ever had at a Massage Envy! I had never been to this location before and loved getting a facial from Lauren! She really made this a great experience for me! She greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to making me feel as comfortable as possible, not mention the massage room smelled like lavender...I LOVE lavender! I felt completely relaxed and her voice was really soothing without sounding inauthentic. The most valuable part of this experience was feeling like I walked out with so much more knowledge about how to care for my skin. Lauren explained the different products and informed me which vitamins each treatment contained, which helped me realize that I might be using the wrong type of cleanser. Before I left, she presented me with a cleanser that she felt was suitable for me, and she was respectful of my budget which was, also, very important to me. After I came home, I went for a run and when I showered I used the cleanser that I bought from her and I am so happy with my purchase... I touch my face and it literally feels like a baby's bottom! Before going to Massage Envy I had a few mixed experiences and read so many mixed reviews at different locations so I considered cancelling my appointment, but now I am really delighted with my experience and can't wait to return to the location in Tomball. I am a pretty harsh critic when it comes to customer service, but I can honestly say...Lauren DEFINITELY TAKES THE GOLD on this one!!!!!”
