I waited 40 minutes, and they hadn't started, and the workers were sitting and talking. I went to check on my car after the 40 minutes and they told me it would be another hour and a half. Fed up, I left and went to Alpha tire shop. He was done in 10 minutes!”

“Kurt and Hannah are a tag team made in heaven. Hannah was very nice and understanding of my busy schedule and was able to work with me to get my truck in for service at a good time. An all around great person. Before the maintenance, Kurt had made me a list of what he believed should be done before my long drive back home. In turn, he listed what should be done as soon as possible, what should be done in the coming month, and what he recommended should be done soon; but was not urgent. This list was based off not just what he could see, but off what he recognized due to his immense Toyota training. The turnaround time was fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for how well they treated me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area looking for someone to maintenance/repair their vehicle.”
