(March 19, 2019, 2:31 pm)This is one of my favorite places, the friendly people, the super professional coaches, the atmosphere that I feel when I get to do exercises fills me with energy, they are always available to help you and guide you in regards to this complete and addictive exercise.
(February 11, 2019, 2:48 pm)I've been a member of several different Crossfit gyms in the area over the past few years, and Crossfit Bay Area is up there with the best. They have lots of room to workout, a great community, and very knowledgeable & involved coaches. The programming is challenging and well thought out, it's everything I look for in a gym!
(February 9, 2019, 8:00 pm)Recently began Crossfit at another box in the area and when it unexpectedly closed I was hesitant in joining another box. I went to a few other boxes and just couldn't pass up Bay Area CrossFit. The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with.
The members are also wide-ranging of all different skill levels, but are all so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new CrossFit home!
(January 24, 2019, 9:24 am)This place quickly became a home away from home when I first moved to the area. Everyone here made me feel so welcome and a part of the family. All the coaches are more than knowledgeable. They not only care about you, but sport of CrossFit alike. A one of a kind place.
