The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful by emailing new patient paperwork and accommodating us with an appointment the very next day! “I went to another knee doctor to get my knee look at. He came in. Right up front I needed a knee replaced without offering a courtzon shot or have scheduled for a MRI. He handed me a card and said call my schedule agent. I wanted a second opinion and went to Dr Boone. his staff was amazing. Dr Boone took time to listen to me. He treated me with respect and took care of my knee. With a shot of courzon. I hope I don’t need him again but if I do I’m coming back to him”

“I had a total knee replacement surgery on my right knee on 10/31/19 at Fondren Orthopedic Group. I am extremely satisfied that I made the decision to use them. Everyone at the center was great. My surgery went as planned without any issues. The entire process from arriving the morning of surgery, recovery room and eventually an overnight stay was outstanding. My room was spacious and modern, the meals were great as well. I would like to give a special shout out to Beza my day nurse, Jerry my night nurse and Jayson the PT specialist. They were all great. Dr Goytia is a very skillful surgeon. My GP highly recommended him. Thanks everyone!”

“Each person I came in contact with was caring and respectful. I appreciated how each employee introduced themselves and told me what their role in my care was . That's so much better than someone just bringing you back, asking you a bunch of questions, and you have no idea who they even are. They also verified my name and date of birth each step of the way. It made me feel secure that they confirmed that my labs and tests would be connected to the correct person. Very pleased with my visit.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Dr. Abbott is by far the best audiologist I have ever been to, and I have had quite a few over the years. For the first time in my life, I am excited about my hearing aids. I have had 3 pairs in the past, and this is the first pair I have worn COMFORTABLY AND WITHOUT COMPLAINTS. Dr. Abbott clearly cares about her patients and wants the best for them. “Dr. LeBlanc is amazingly kind and competent. I never feel rushed during my appointments with her for either routine care or during my past pregnancies, for prenatal care. When one of my pregnancies ended with a miscarriage last summer, she was my advocate and so very compassionate throughout that whole time. I am always treated with friendly and competent service by her entire staff - front desk staff, nurses, and in-house phlebotomist alike. I've always appreciated that I could call her nurse line and even if I had to leave a message, I would receive a prompt call back about my concerns or questions. That's pretty unique for a doctor's office these days. I'm grateful that I've always been treated like a person and not just a number at this practice. Highly recommend this office and Dr. LeBlanc!”
