All staff memebers that we came into contact with were professional & courteous. They treated my father like their own family and we couldn’t have asked for a better visitation & service. Marie was with us every step of the way and her professionalism must be recognized. Thank you so much for taking care of my family and dad!! As a note—to the other reviewers that spoke of the equipment being onsite. This is standard & they did tell us that. They gave us the option of being there or not. “i don't have any complaints. my daughter lost her son, my grandson at preterm delivery and we had to have his tiny remains cremated. they were very compassionate and caring to our needs and ensured he was taken care of to the best of their ability. My daughter and her boyfriend and I were able to view his tiny body before he was cremated and they were very kind with keeping everyone away from his room and presented his sweetness lovingly and were very respectful. Picked him up today and the staff asked after my daughter to see how she was doing. Not something you get at every funeral home.”
