“After reading all of the great reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Nguyen on 11/14/23. You can already anticipate how great your visit will be when I was immediately sent all the necessary forms to fill out and submit online. Forms were easy to read and understand and were a breeze to fill out. My appointment was fantastic. The lady who ran the preliminary eye testing immediately greeted me with a warm and friendly personality as did the Optician. She introduced me to Dr Nguyen who was fantastic. Without a doubt, this was the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Nguyem explained all of the procedures to me and then executed them with the utmost skill, explaining everything to me as we went through a wide range of testing my eyes. I have been through many eye exams over many years but I have never felt as confident and sure as I was with Dr. Nguyen and her very impressive skills and her knowledge of everything about the eyes and vision. “Dr. Patel, the nurses, and the front office staff are all incredible! I have been looking for a pediatrician like Dr. Patel for years since my insurance changed and I could not be happier that I found this office. Making an appointment or asking a question over the phone is so easy. The staff is always genuinely polite and quick to answer questions. They call back when they say they will, which is a huge relief when you're dealing with a sick child. Dr. Patel is honest and upfront with an amazing bed side manner. She has a laid back personality with a great sense of humor. It didn't take long for her to build a good rapport with my kids who have totally different personalities. She always has a wonderful read on when my child wants to talk and when she's uncomfortable--Dr. Patel is very respectful of her feelings. I am so grateful for Dr. Patel and the nurses for making my kids feel safe to talk about anything and comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Besides the amazing bedside manner, I completely trust Dr. Patel's knowledge and medical experience. She pays close attention what we say, she takes her time discussing and asking questions, and she explains her diagnosis, treatment and plan thoroughly.
