“5 stars are simply not enough to describe Dr. Shrum and his dedicated staff. I am always seen on-time and the process is just seamless. Dr. Shrum always takes time to talk with me and address my concerns and I never feel rushed or like ‘just another patient’. Bonnie handled my fitting for my new glasses. She was new to me at this location but was an absolute joy to work with. She was kind and had a great awareness for people and made my visit pleasant. I had to leave my old glasses for processing and when I went to check out, Donna even loaned me a pair of readers to hold me over till my glasses come in. She could have sold me a pair for $30 but no, she put the customer first… almost unheard of in today’s society. There is no question that Dr. Shrum and his staff are top notch medical providers, but they are also at the top of their game in customer service. With a rare combination like this, my family will be back again and again and I recommend you do the same.”

“This review is for Dr. Adam E. Long, who saw me at their Spring office, 21301 Kuykendahl Rd, Ste J. Dr. Long is an awesome and caring doctor. I went to him for a second opinion, and was glad when he actually affirmed the first doctor's findings. The real win is that Dr. Long left nothing to chance; he took the time and invested his total attention to my pain/problem. He recommended conservative but helpful measures, and we have additional options should there be a need. He did what my other doctor somewhat fell short on doing: making me feel heard. He stood by me until I left, and then called my PT to ensure proper care. This kind of care is rare now, and I felt it deserved to be shared. Thank you to Dr. Long and his professional team for helping me!”
