“First off, get over the fact that you were committed against your will. You probably needed it. I politely interacted with the staff, and I ALWAYS got what I needed. When someone threatened me, and I felt unsafe, they handled it ASAP. The food was decent, though sometimes too carb-heavy for me as a diabetic. The facility is clean.My doctor and social worker were nice. I finally got the right diagnosis and meds.Your stay is a period to DECOMPRESS. Be grateful for it. Shout out to Miss Sam the Nurse and Volleyball Sam from Eastern Michigan U!!!”

“Went they for a full hysterectomy. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors were amazing. All my nurses were great, Steven, Shannon, Helen, Joseph, Jim. And my surgeon, Dr. Crouse was the best of the best. At last, but not least, The chef (can’t remember his name) was wonderful, and the food was great. This facility is a little pricey but well worth it. It’s a small hospital with big hearts. I felt like a queen with the one on one attention I received.”

I’ve never had any issues with their start ups or rough-Ins . The most important takeaway is that their AC techs are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. “From the first day there the entire staff helped me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Encompass knew exactly how to help me.I can tell anyone who asks me Encompass is the best rehabilitation facility they will ever need. I could give you so many examples of how they helped me but let me just tell you when I was admitted I could barely stand. When I was discharged after two weeks of therapy I was able to walk up to 20 steps with my walker. I haven't been able to walk in a year and a half. I haven't felt this good mentally and physically for a very long time. Thank you Encompass you truly are a five star rehab center.I'm 68 years old and I'm going back to work for PNC Bank.”

“I would recommend this hospital because everybody nice, and they try to pitch in and help each other. My room is always clean. They give real good baths and I love to take baths. I like when they let my daughter come in and visit and they allow her to help me if they are busy. The doctors they make you understand clear what's going on and whatever they tell me they tell my daughter. The housekeeping staff is real nice.”
