“Came to Extra Space Barker Cypress on a Saturday afternoon and was met with a warm welcome and excellent customer service from assistant manager Henry. This by far has been my easiest and least stressful purchase of a storage rental unit. Also, the facility is well kept and extremely clean with great security features. To top it all off Henry was kind and very hospitable in offering a drink of water. After meeting with Doris the manager I felt so at ease with leaving all my items on her property. Doris took the time to explain the different size units available and what we may need. She was very patient as we didn’t know what we were actually needing. Once we left I didn’t even have a worry about my items and knew it was all in good hands. “I absolutely love this place. I have my RV stored here and the people here are so friendly. I go and check every once in a while on the RV and have NEVER had any issues with rodents or pests. They keep the place immaculate. I also work at a school and they were kind enough to donate wipes to all our teachers during flu season. You saved us from the dreaded flu germs. Thank you so much.
