“Dr Pelton has been our veterinarian since August 2007. We are in dachshund rescue and he has taken care of our many fosters, strays, and personal dogs with compassion and integrity. We trust his judgment and know that he will always do whatever he feels is necessary and he is always respectful of our concerns, answering our questions. He has gone over and above, even bringing one of our dachshunds home with him after extensive, serious surgery so that she wouldn’t be alone at night. She passed away the next day and he and his sympathetic staff allowed us time with her in private. We cannot imagine going anywhere else and feel extremely fortunate to have him as our veterinarian. We regard him as a friend; not “just” our veterinarian.”

“Between my wife and me, plus our children and their families, we take all 9 of our dogs to this facility. From puppies to old-timers, our cherished pets receive outstanding care ever since we starting taking them there in 2001. Health is the norm for all of them, but they have experienced rapid recovery from injury or illness events, and the staff is friendly and caring - our questions are patiently answered by the staff that seems to enjoy people almost as much as they enjoy animals!”

“I have taken 2 of my puppies here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. (I think her name is Ms. Susan) is GREAT at her job, always answers the phone so sweetly. I like all the assistants as well! One guy (didn’t get his name but he was Hispanic) who worked there was sooo funny and sweet with my puppy. The doctor is super helpful, takes his time and is good at his job. The prices aren’t the cheapest, but if you want a safe place to take your dog, good staff and medicine that works... I recommend Abbott Animal Clinic.”

“I'm not sure why I've never reviewed, but I literally reccomend this place to any pet owner that asks me about a reputable place. It honestly starts at the front and to say they are the back bone is an understatement. Cynthia always inquires about particular things that i bring up upon check-in and is just a great person overall, which sets the premise for the care that is given here. The veterinarians are attentive and caring, the vet techs are beyond compassionate, and I've yet to have a negative experience. 10 out of 10, y'all.”

“I absolutely love Thrive vet care, this has become the Vet clinic i prefer to go to over others. For one it's affordable, the $9 monthly membership is worth it if you bring your dog in for at least 1 thing every 3 months compared to other places where they want a $25-$40 co pay. My dog had heart worms and I decided to do the quick kill treatment. Overall I saved $300-$1000 compared to surrounding Vets. Call me biased because of the great service I have personally received but this is the place to go! But i will say the answering service isn't my favorite. Could definitely go without it.”

“I loved this clinic! The doctors and nurses were very nice and gentle with my pet. There's 1 nurse in particular that was very nice and I loved how she would talk and kiss my pet to make him feel comfortable. I didn't get her name but she wears glasses and I believe has reddish hair, either way she was awesome. Pricing was good too, considering all my pet got it was reasonable pricing. I have found my pets permanent clinic for sure.”

“Dr. Bryant and his staff are by far the best option for your fur babies in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble area. Dr. Bryant is more educated than most other vets. (I have 3 dogs and have seen at least 10 docs over the last 15 years of my dogs' lives) He has had extra schooling and is open to learning about new advances in veterinary care and it really shows! Not only is he extremely intelligent and medically experienced, but he goes above and beyond to care about the comfort of your pet as well! (For example, instead of just assuming that yes technically dogs can get 6+ vaccinations in one visit, he recognizes that it is difficult on dogs both emotionally and medically to have them all at once) He thinks outside of the box. He also has taken extra education on nutrition, unlike most vets who get like a week of nutrition in regular vet school. Him and his staff never make you feel like you HAVE to do any procedure and he thoroughly explains all the options and considerations, taking into account medical necessities, comfort of the pet, and affordability. His prices are the most reasonable of any vet in the surrounding area. When I tell my pups, "We're going to see Dr. Bryant" They actually get excited and want to go to the vet! My dogs have never had better care, and I will never go anywhere else again!”

“After 3 different visits at a previous vet office reassuring me everything was fine despite my concerns that a lump on my golden retriever's stomach was growing, I finally decided to bring him to FM 1960 Animal Hospital. They were able to squeeze him in same day and perform surgery within a few days, ultimately removing the cancerous lump that had been growing. They are always so efficient, caring, and have very reasonable prices. Even though it wasn't under the best circumstances, I am so happy to have found them. They take great care of my Beau!”

“Amazing experience, I took my Yorkie to get her teeth deep clean and two extracted plus she was fixed too, the doctor was amazing she saw that I was worried and explain everything she did and that she would be ok. We also that same day took our big lab husky for teeth cleaning and they did an amazing job. It’s hard to find a vet and workers that are this nice and helpful. I love this place and will be using them on a regular basis. Small place but very clean with amazing people.”

He also never pushes treatment. He expertly lays out what every option is for treatment so you both can decide what is best for your animal and your budget. “I am a first time pet owner so I don't have another pet hospital to compare services to BUT I do know good customer Service when I see it. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. Kenia assisted us with getting settled into the small room as we waited for the Dr. My fur baby is only 8 weeks ago and was scared due to being in an unfamiliar place. She helped calm my fur baby and over all did a good job. Dr. King was patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. This location was very clean as well as organized. Good Service, location and good customer service.”
