(January 25, 2020, 9:02 am)Myself and a few of my athletes from Austin Barbell attended the Thursday night yoga class at CF 737. Overall the class was great, fast flows and challenging enough. The instructor was legit, she was able to call out focus areas as if it was her second language, no hesitation and very fluid. The lavender face towels at the end was a nice touch. We will attend more sessions going forward.
