Tony came out and found the problem and fixed it in minutes! I've called them twice and every time they have came out the same day. Plus they always tell you if something is warranty.
Jared came out this time and he’s another great tech. I don’t know how you find these great quality techs.

Dayon Services tech Derrick just completed a check of HVAC system at my home. He was professional and polite and did a great job cleaning and servicing our system. He gave some options to provide protection in case of power surge. This is typical of the service from Dayton I have come to expect. Thanks to Derrick and the customer service team, I am a loyal custmer.

Great technician responded and evaluated the system and thought it could continue to run until it eventually fails. Did not try to up sell. Very impressive and good natured. A real professional. Any company would be fortunate to have that young man working for them. Derrick I think, is his name. I’ll strongly consider Dayton for a new unit installation when the time comes and would recommend them to other property owners. Need more companies like this in Austin.

Aug 27 2020: Jeremy did a great job.Called when he was heading over. Cleaned out the dripping pan and cleaned out the drain pipe. Wore his mask while he was inside my house.
