I've been training with Mark Nowinski for over five years. Over the last thirty years I have worked with more than half a dozen different fitness trainers so I feel qualified to say I know a good one when I see one. I first met Mark because he trained at the same gym where I trained with another good fitness trainer and that gave me a chance to observe Mark's training style for a long time before I started working with him. When my regular fitness trainer moved on to another career, I chose to train with Mark. He takes his role seriously and is always well prepared, having thought through the fitness regimen. He’s among the best trainers I’ve ever worked with and I highly recommend him.

Through his extensive knowledge, humor, dedication and unique intuitive support, I have a body that will run for many many years supporting my current lifestyle and as I age. I would recommend him to someone older, someone younger, as well as someone who has particular health concerns. He is a top notch trainer!
Mark is awesome to work out with. Each workout is different and challenging but manageable. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Great for beginners, someone looking for a little direction, or someone advanced. I can't recommend Mark enough!

I love working out with Mark!!! He’s knowledgeable, personable, and thoughtful (RE: his clients skills and abilities.) I used to HATE squats and now I can’t get enough.
