The owner has years of experience in the field (although the doesn’t look it), is a straight-shooter and operates with integrity. Their customer service is refreshing. Something, sadly, that is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this company for all your surveying needs!!

(October 13, 2019, 8:02 pm)Whitecap Survey Co. was recommended to us when we discovered a neighbor's new build was encroaching on a family property. We had them come out to survey the property, and discovered a few conflicts with the original lot lines. They were able to provide us with an updated boundary survey in a pretty quick time frame. They were always responsive to my questions and helped us ultimately resolve the encroachment issue. We now realize how important it is to have a survey done by a knowledgeable, registered licensed, Surveyor. I highly recommend Whitecap Surveying Co.
